The project will require installation of transformers <br />by Snohomish County PUD. The proposed distribution easement will provide Snohomish <br />County PUD the necessary access to install and maintain the transformer equipment. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to execute the Distribution Easement to Public Utility District No. 1 <br />of Snohomish County at College Station. <br /> <br />
