Please submit a schedule of materials. Reference <br /> IBC Section 414. <br /> UMC Response: Radioactive materials are being stored, particularly H-3. The <br /> possession, use, and storage of H-3 is licensed by the Washington Department <br /> of Health under a Radioactive Materials License, consistent with hospital and <br /> university usage. <br /> 2) What is the nature of the air exhausted? Environmental air? Contaminated? <br /> UMC Response: The air exhausted contains H-3. This too is licensed by the <br /> Washington Department of Health via a Radioactive Air Emissions License. <br /> 3) Has the project received approval or deemed within the regulations of the governing <br /> health agency, such as Snohomish County Health district or Puget Sound Clean Air <br /> Agency? (See PSCAA Regulations I Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, WA <br /> (pscleanair.gov) Please submit documentation accordingly. <br /> UMC Response: Please see the previous two responses; we can provide the <br /> RML and RAEL as needed. Additionally, attached are two documents sent from <br /> WA DOH to Dan Eernissee, Director of Economic Development for Everett.
