1. . . . . . ,ORDINANCE No.. 1899 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 'TO. 343 , for the improvement of Norton Avenue from the north line of H witt Avenue to the south line of Twenty-second Street by the removal of old lumber, grading to a proper grade, the construction of a concrete pavement, the installation of necessary drainage and the replace- ment of the 128 ft. span at Twenty-second Street by a trestle , and I doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under ordinance No. 1863 of the City of Everett, lev inc an assessment on account thereof, against the several lo a, tracts and parcels of land a,s shown on said roll, providing or the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date for the issuano therein. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby 4clared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at lea t the amount charged against the same and that the assessment *PP* ing against
