ORDINANCE No. ;1893 An ordinance approving and confirming the asses- + nt and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 3 2 for the improvement of Forty-fir-t Street from the center of he alley east of Block 1, Terrace Addition to Terrace Drive, d Terrace Drive from Forty-first Street to the south line of th Liberty Addition , by installation of two inch water mains an doing all other work in connection therewith under Ordinance N0 1862 of the City of Everett , levying an assessment on account the eof age=inst the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as slid on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date for the issuance therein. THE CITY OF EVER TT DOES ORDAINS Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 342 for the improvement of orty-first Street from the center of the alley east of Block 1, Terrace Addition to Terrace Drive , and Terrace Drive from For y-first Sheet to the south line of the Liberty Addition, by instal ation of two inch water mains and doing all other work in connect on therewith as was necessary to make a cosplete improvement uncle Ordinance No. 1862 as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each �-f the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at l :ast the amo t charged agar the same and that the assessment appearing against t same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upot said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against es it lot, t t -1- t
