. , . : . . . . • .cip , , ORDINA)CE No, ' 16.191 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 10th Street from Grand to Broadway, of Broadway from 10th Street to 12th Street, of Lombard from 10th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Wetmore from 13th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Colby from 12th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition and of Rucker from 10th Street to, 12th Street by the laying of water mains, laterals, and installat on of hydrants and doing all other work necessary in connection theith to make a complete improvement in accordance with resolw ion No. 2665 of the city of Everett, repealing ordinance No. 1876, creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement Dis rict Fund therefor, providing that payment for said improvement be made by a special assessment on the property benefitted in seid district by the mode of payment by bonds, and declaring an emergency. Whereas, by resolution No. 2665 of thecity of Ev rett, the city counoil of Everett has declared its intention t order the improvement of 10th Street from Grand to Broadway, of Broadway from 10th Street to 12th Street , of Lonband from 10th Stre t to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Wetmore from 13th Str et to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Colby from 12th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition and of Rucker from 0th Street to 12th Street by the laying of water mains, laterals, and the installation ofhydrants and doing all other work necessary in 1 . connection therewith to make a complete improvement, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the oit engineer.
