Out of said fund shal be paid the <br /> bonds, interest thereon and the entire cost of said improvement. <br /> Section 5: The cost and expense of such impro ement shall <br /> be defrayed by special assessments payable in ten ( 10) equal <br /> installments with interest thereon at the rate of n t more than <br /> seven (7%) per cent per annum under the mode of pa meet by bonds, <br /> ; <br /> as provided by law and the ordinances of said city. Bonds bearing <br /> interest at the rate of not more than seven (7 ) p r cent per <br /> annum payable on or before twelve (12) years from 4te of issue <br /> shall be issued in payment of the cost and expense f such improve- <br /> ment, or the city of Everett may at its election se I said bonds <br /> and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said city. <br /> section 6: It being deemed necessary that said ipprovement <br /> i <br /> be finished as soon as possible , ordinance ifoe 1876 is hereby <br /> -3- <br />
