ier ORDINANCE No. 1890 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assess ent and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 345 for the improvement of Clinton Place from the west line of Norton Avenue to the east line of Friday Avenue , and Friday Avenue from the north line of Clinton Place to the north line of 39th Street, by paving and doing all otheri'k necessary to make a complete improvement under ordinance No. 1868 of the City of Everett , ley ing an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providi :: for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date for he issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment oll of Local Improvement District No. 345 for the improvement of Linton Place from-the west line of Norton Avenue to the. east line of Friday Avenue, and Fr ay Avenue from the north line of Cii ton Place to the north ine of 39th Street, by paring and doi ;, all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under +ordinance No. 1868 as the same now stands, be and the same is lereby in all things approved::'..and cafirm.ed. Section 2 That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land. or other property shown on' said roll, is hereby decl• ed to be specially benefitted in at least the amount dhaxged gains t the same and that the assessment appearing against the s- = e is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, aid there is hereby levied an asessment against each lot tract , and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
