Ordinance providing for the issuance of twenty year park bonds of the city of Everett in the sum of $50,000. 0, in accordance with the proposition submitted by Ordinance No. 1877 ' to the voters of said Everett at a general election held therein` on govember 4th 1919 and adopted by said voters at said election, providing for the form and tenor of said bonda,t the sate thereof and the payment of principal and interest thereon, and estab- lishing a fund for the payment of said principal and interest. Whereas, at a general election held in the City of Everett .
