I do not need to add any additional special inspections at this time. <br /> Mr. Keck's concern about the closeness of the footing to the step down per detail 4./S3 is unwarranted <br /> and has un-necessarily delayed the pouring of the footings.The note he is referring to relates to the <br /> completed foundation.
