Please let me know what the City records indicate regarding the approved use. Assessor Office still calls it a SFR though it is clearly labeled with Units A and B—both are rental units. Steve—Ted noticed comments in the microfiche—pages 41,42, &45. Permits including a hand written one by owner in 90's called the structure a SFR and 45 records a complaint reportedly forwarded to Code Enforcement in 1994. Our records in CRW for this property only go back to 1998. Don From: Donald Cunningham Sent: Monday, June 19, 2017 2:50 PM To: Ted de Budden Cc: Steve Ingalsbe Subject: 1416 Grand Ted- Received a complaint and found an elevated deck(approx. 7 ft above the ground) is being constructed on the west side of the structure—at the entry to Unit A. I was told the stairs were used again, moved from their original location to the new. I also found flexible extension cords used in the place of permanent wiring at the entry to unit B. It looked like they connected the wiring for the exterior light—out through the siding to power a motion detector—with an exposed splice. Please look at the photos on CRW CE17-0585 and confirm violations.Thanks! Don Steve- This structure is listed as SFR with Assessor and yet has two units,A and B. Can you confirm whether such duplex use was ever approved by the City? Thanks! 1
