Please let me know what the City records indicate regarding the approved use. <br /> Assessor Office still calls it a SFR though it is clearly labeled with Units A and B—both are rental units. <br /> Steve—Ted noticed comments in the microfiche—pages 41,42, &45. Permits including a hand written one by owner in <br /> 90's called the structure a SFR and 45 records a complaint reportedly forwarded to Code Enforcement in 1994. I was told the stairs were used again, moved from their original location to the <br /> new. I also found flexible extension cords used in the place of permanent wiring at the entry to unit B. It looked like they <br /> connected the wiring for the exterior light—out through the siding to power a motion detector—with an exposed splice. <br /> Please look at the photos on CRW CE17-0585 and confirm violations.Thanks! <br /> Don <br /> Steve- <br /> This structure is listed as SFR with Assessor and yet has two units,A and B.
