The notice reads <br /> 'construction work being conducted without permits'. We have included photographs of the residence prior to <br /> Weaver Construction work. The scope of work that was underway primarily focused on repairing the dilapidated <br /> finishes and water damage in the Main Floor Utility Room and Bathroom. There was no structural alteration, no <br /> addition of square footage, and no increase in exterior elevation. The uninsulated walls, floors, and attic were <br /> insulated. Crawl space ventilation was added. The exterior siding was removed and replaced,the interior finishes <br /> were repaired or replaced, the bathroom was expanded into the hall and remodeled. New windows were installed to <br /> replace the original single pane windows. Electrical and Stop Work notice enclosed. <br /> The previous owner had attempted renovating the residence and started work they could not complete. <br /> We have reviewed the work outlined above(and in the after pictures)and believe the work was completed per the <br /> intent of the 2018 International Residential Code. <br /> Please review the attached photographs comparing the before and after photographs. <br /> 1 --' <br /> II rill .1 <br /> i1 <br /> } <br /> 00, <br /> _.
