Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may also result in termination or <br />suspension of the Agreement or other remedial measures, in accordance with applicable laws and <br />regulations. <br />26. POLICY FOR RESPONSE TO WORKPLACE-RELATED INCIDENTS OF SEXUAL <br />MISCONDUCT, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND DATING VIOLENCE <br />The Grantee, and any subgrantee at any tier, must have a policy, or issue a policy within 270 days of <br />the Agreement start date, to address workplace-related incidents of sexual misconduct, domestic <br />violence, and dating violence involving an employee, volunteer, consultant, or contractor. The details <br />of this requirement are posted on the OVW website at: https://www.justice.gov/ovw/award-conditions <br />(titled “Award Condition: Policy for response to workplace-related sexual misconduct, domestic <br />violence, and dating violence”), and are incorporated by reference here. <br />27. POLITICAL ACTIVITIES <br />Political activity of Grantee’s employees and officers are limited by the State Campaign Finances and <br />Lobbying provisions of Chapter 42.17A RCW and the Federal Hatch Act, 5 U.S.C. 1501 - 1508. <br />No funds may be used for working for or against ballot measures or for or against the candidacy of <br />any person for public office. <br />28. POTENTIAL FRAUD, WASTE, ABUSE, AND SIMILAR MISCONDUCT <br />The Grantee agrees to promptly refer to the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General <br />(OIG) any credible evidence that a principal, employee, agent, subgrantee, contractor, subcontractor, <br />or other person has, in connection with funds under this award – (1) submitted a claim that violates <br />the False Claims Act; or (2) committed a criminal or civil violation of laws pertaining to fraud, conflict <br />of interest, bribery, gratuity, or similar misconduct. <br />Potential fraud, waste, abuse, or misconduct involving or relating to funds under this award should be <br />reported to the OIG by – (1) online submission accessible via the OIG webpage at: <br />https://oig.justice.gov/hotline/grant-complaint (select "Submit Report Online"); (2) mail directed to: <br />U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General, Investigations Division, ATTN: Grantee <br />Reporting, 950 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20530; (3) by facsimile directed to the DOJ <br />OIG Fraud Detection Office (Attn: Grantee Reporting) at (202) 616-9881 (fax). <br />Additional information is available from the DOJ OIG website at: https://oig.justice.gov/hotline. <br />29. REPORTING <br />The Grantee shall submit an annual progress report electronically on a form or in the system provided <br />by COMMMERCE for the services or program activities funded through this Grant. The report shall <br />be inclusive of the work performed by any subgrantees. The report is due to COMMERCE January <br />31, 2026 (for the performance period January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025). The Grantee and any <br />subgrantees shall maintain documentation and records that support the progress report. <br />Coordinated Community Response: The Grantee shall submit quarterly progress reports <br />electronically on a form or in the system provided by COMMERCE on the Coordinated Community <br />Response Activity indicated in the approved grant application. <br />30.
