The project requires a whole house ventilation system per IRC Section R303.4. Show the <br />location on the plans; the fan should not be located inside a closed room. Specify the <br />performance requirements per Section M1505.4. <br />In addition, I have routed the drawings to a City structural engineerfor the Structural Review. I will <br />advise if additional comments are made. If so, an official letterwill be issued.
