All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development'. 3. Site Civil Work to be done per plans approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department.Approved plans must remain on job-site at all times. 5. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at onlinepermits.everettwa.gov to formally request all required inspections. 6. Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards and per the direction of the PW Inspector and the approved SWPPP/TESC Plan. Remove upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. 7. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt,mud,rocks,or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 8. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. 9. Any damage to City improvements(sidewalk,curb,roadway,etc.)shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. 10. It is the applicant/owner's responsibility to ensure that stormwater runoff from new/replaced impervious surfaces will be managed on-site in a manner that does not adversely affect neighboring properties,including the City's right-of-way and/or easements and the improvements located therein. 11. Prior to any interruption to the public right-of-way(roadways,parking lanes,or sidewalks)a Traffic Street Use permit shall be obtained from the City's Traffic Engineering Division.This permit can be applied for online at onlinepermits.everettwa.gov and requires a traffic control plan to be submitted for the area of requested closure. Please allow 1-2 weeks for TSU permit issuance from the date of application. 12. The Interim Discharge Prevention Plan(IDPP)shall provide a temporary solution to prevent polluted stormwater from leaving the site.The IDPP shall also provide a temporary solution to limit all surface water discharges from leaving the site,apart from those that follow the overflow and notification procedures identified in the plan.The final solution shall be provided according to the Corrective Action Notice Case Number:CE 23-0368. 13. The City shall be notified if there is a surface water overflow from the containment vault or associated conveyance.The City shall also be notified if there are any onsite oil spills. 14. The applicant shall update the IDPP to address the following: a. The IDPP letter indicates that the pump was sized based on 0.225 inches of rainfall in the 10-year,24-hour storm per the Snohomish County Drainage Manual isopluvial map.The map is in tenths of inches,so the rainfall for the referenced storm is 2.25 inches.This is consistent with City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications(DCSS)Table 4-3.1(D)which lists precipitation depths specific to Everett and interpreted from the isopluvial map. 15. The pumping vendor shall be retained as part of the contingency plan to provide back-up pumping in case of failure or if the vault pump capacity is exceeded (i.e.,due to a heavy,sustained storm). 16. All IDPP maintenance logs as well as vendor pump-out invoices shall be retained and made available to the City at request. 17.
