Client: Ella Anumodu 03/20/2024 Address: 2509 57th St SW Everett, WA 98203 Contact#:404-259-2040 Email: eicanum@gmail.com Scope of work • Remove all wood chips that are in the backyard. • Remove and install drainpipes for stormwater. • Build a dog pen in the lower right backyard area. • Level ground. • Install 26'x 25' concrete for a basketball court. • Install 660 sq ft of artificial grass (Turf) from the backyard entrance and around the parameters of the court. • Upon approval, estimated time of work completion 4/30/24 Description of Work • Concrete will be 25' x 26' (650 sf) on the top right back side of the property located at 2509 57th St SW, Everett, WA 98203.To build the structure of the basketball court, rebar and (2x4s)will be used. • The basketball court(concrete)will have a 3" slope (1/8 of 12")from the fence neighboring#2505 to the existing concrete.This slope will enable the stormwater to flow down towards the existing drainpipes into the stream located behind the property. • The distance between the fence and the concrete is 8".The thickness of the concrete will be 3 %". Concrete will be surrounded by 660sq ft of turf as shown in the drawing. Between new concrete and existing concrete there will be a 4" sewer and drain perforated pipe, where stormwater will go.The pipe will be placed above sand and will be surrounded by drain rocks which will be covered by landscape fabric. Lastly,turf will be placed on top. • Before placing the turf, landscaping fabric will be placed so that weeds won't grow. To spread evenly infill in the turf, a power broom will be used.Turf will be around the concrete (basketball court) and by the entrance to the backyard. • Yard guard netting will be installed along the fence shared with the#2505 neighbor and to the left of the court to prevent roll away basketballs.The netting will be 15 ft high and 35 linear feet.
