The executive <br />session continued at 2:20 p.m. and Council reconvened at 2:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> SETTLEMENT – CITY SEWER BACKUP <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Bader, to authorize the <br />Mayor to execute a settlement of a tort claim with Leonard and Linda Wermes, in the amount <br />of $95,000 for a City sewer backup. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes.
