<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4070-25 <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled “Wiggums Hollow Playground <br />Replacement”, Fund 354, Program 081, as established by Ordinance No. 3951-23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The Wiggums Hollow Playground Replacement, Fund 354, Program 081 was established to <br />provide the design and construction cost for the improvements at Wiggums Hollow Playground. <br /> <br />B. The purpose of the fund has been accomplished. <br /> <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the special improvement project fund, Fund 354, Program 081 “Wiggums Hollow <br />Playground Replacement”, to be closed. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 2. That the final revenues and expenses for “Wiggums Hollow Playground Replacement” Fund <br />354, Program 081 are as follows. <br /> <br />REVENUES <br />CIP 3 $718,000 <br />Total $718,000 <br /> <br />EXPENSES <br />Construction $681,419 <br />Transfer out - to CIP 3 $ 36,581 <br />Total $718,000 <br /> <br /> <br />Section 3. That the remaining balance of $36,581 be transferred to CIP 3. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary
