The previous software, Cassworks, was at the end of its <br />life and was no longer supported. The Public Works Department uses the new CMAMS <br />system to support improved Asset Management practices. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Award and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order One to Request for Proposal 2019- <br />076 to the Timmons Group for the Cityworks Asset Management Support project to <br />increase the contract to $720,120. <br />
