Project: <br />Location <br />Snohomish County Court House <br />Everett, Wa <br />Test and Balance <br />Executive Summary <br />2023-0139 <br />This project has been balanced per plans and specifications using the National Environmental Balancing <br />Bureau (NEBB) standards and procedures, and in accordance with the approved Test and Balance <br />Strategy. All systems that did not achieve specified balancing tolerances or that were found to have <br />performance and or installation deficiencies, are recapped below in the executive summary. <br />All Grilles, Registers, and Diffusers (GRDs) have been proportioned to +/- 10 % of the percentage of <br />design airflow of the system unless specified otherwise. <br />The Test and Balance Balancing Tolerances for Air and Hydronic Systems specified for this project are as <br />follows: <br />• Supply, Return, and Exhaust Fans and Equipment with Fans: Plus or minus 10%. <br />• Air Outlets and Inlets: Plus or minus 10%. <br />Scope of Work <br />The scope of work for this project includes the Air Test and Balance of ) Existing VAV's, 1) Exhaust <br />Fans, and 3) existing exhaust inlets. <br />Page 4 of 25 <br />
