C t ORDINANCE No . 1884 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 341 for the improvement of Pine Street from the north line of Thirty-third Street to the south line of Thirty-fourth Street by the removal of old lumber, grading to the proper grade , for the construction of a five-foot concrete walk and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under ordinance No. 1459 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment against the several lots, tracts, and pardels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date for the issuance therein. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: ;Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 341, for the improvement of Pine Street from the north line of Thirty-third Street to the with line of Thirty-fourth Street by the removal of old lumber, grading to the proper grade, for the construction of a five-foot concrete walk and doing all other work necessary to make a a) mp lete improvement under Ordinance No. 1859 , as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll id hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at ljeast the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments, appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. • -1-
