ORDINANCE No.. 1€3.33.$,___._ An Ordinance approving and confirming the asseseme t and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 340 for the improvement of the South side of Thirty-third Street , from the walk on the East side of Broadwey to the West Line of McDougall by grading for, and the construction of a six-foot concrete walk and concrete curb an0 doing all other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1857 of the city of Everett , levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date for the issuance therei. . THE CITY- OF EVERETT DDES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 340 , for the improvement of the South side of Thirty-third Street , from the walk on the Bag; side of Broadwa to the West Line of McDougall by grading .for , and the construe ion of a six-foot concrete walk and concrete curb and doing al?. other work in connection therewith as was . eessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No . 1857 of the City of Everett , as the same now stands , be and the same e s hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
