Tear old EIFS system and Properly repair of all structural defects <br /> per engineering provided by the district.(red areas only) <br /> 2. Install new Gypsum Sheathing per Garland Wind Uplift Calculations. <br /> 3. Clean remaining EIFS and install Air barrier to all areas receiving <br /> rainscreen system. <br /> 4. Mechanically fasten rockwool insulation to the entire area. <br /> 5. Mechanically fasten vented hat channels 16 OC(vertical) per Imetco <br /> Shop Drawings. <br /> 6. Mechanically fasten new 16" FW Latitude metal panels per IMETCO <br /> details. <br /> 7. Install extensions to through wall scuppers, new collector boxes, new <br /> downspouts. <br /> 8. Install new standing seam coping at Wall panel locations. Please note <br /> that coping will be removed during the summer 2022 re-roof project so <br /> installation must be done with interchangeability in mind. <br /> 9. Clean area and properly dispose of all debris. <br /> B.
