Observed <br /> work was being performed by Wilcox Construction. The results of observation(s) for today were reported to <br /> Wilcox Construction. Mayes/Terracon representative arrived on site at 0700 and departed at 0930. <br /> The construction documents referenced for this inspection include HCl Steel Buildings LLC approved drawings by <br /> State of Washington engineer Brad Wallace dated 08/16/21. <br /> Summary of Services <br /> Verified bolted frame connections - galvanized A325 and GR-5 installed and tightened in accordance with <br /> Structural General Notes. Column anchor bolts were brought to snug-tight or better condition. Verified diagonal <br /> brace rod, nut end connection installation.
