The results of observation(s) for today were <br /> reported to Wilcox Construction. Mayes/Terracon representative arrived on site at 0730 and departed at 1000. <br /> The construction documents referenced for this inspection include the Structural drawings. <br /> Reinforcing Steel <br /> Observed reinforcing steel detailed below for the following items (as applicable): grade, configuration, size, lap <br /> length, quantity, spacing, tying, clearances, steel condition and embedded items. <br /> Element Location Referenced Documents Status <br /> Slab-on-grade Entire slab-on-grade S1. 01 Complies <br /> Pre-Pour Review <br /> The subgrade consisted of aggregate base and was observed to be firm and stable.
