On Sheet S1,the plan view indicates that the proposed foundation repair <br /> appears to be installed beneath the existing CMU walls. The provided <br /> calculation package does not appear to show the weight of the CMU walls as <br /> part of the weight take off for the foundation design or appears to assume that <br /> the wall construction is constructed of wood only with concrete stem walls. <br /> Please verify that the weight take-off is still appropriate for the proposed <br /> foundation and revise pile configuration where required.
