I am the planner conducting the review for this application. Please note <br />that the following comments are not a thorough plan check review, and only address larger zoning <br />compliance and submittal requirements. <br />Planning has the following comments and correction items to be addressed: <br />• Landscape Plan. Per EMC 19.35.050.13 , Type III landscaping is required for the project, as the <br />valuation of proposed work ($275,000) exceeds 35% of the assessed value of existing <br />improvements. Please provide a separate Landscape Site Plan sheet addressing the Type III <br />landscaping requirements outlined in Chapter 35 of Everett's Unified Development Code. <br />Re -submittal instructions can be accessed he Ca. Please submit, at minimum, two copies of any <br />revised documents/plans. This application is on hold forfurther Planning review until the requested <br />revisions have been received. Additional comments or corrections may be required upon review of <br />the requested information. <br />If you have any Planning related questions or concerns, please contact me directly via email.
