Per EMC 19.35.050.B,Type III landscaping is required for the project, as the <br /> valuation of proposed work($275,000) exceeds 35% of the assessed value of existing <br /> improvements. Please provide a separate Landscape Site Plan sheet addressing the Type III <br /> landscaping requirements outlined in Chapter 35 of Everett's Unified Development Code. <br /> Re-submittal instructions can be accessed here. Please submit, at minimum,two copies of any revised <br /> documents/plans. This application is on hold for further Planning review until the requested revisions <br /> have been received.
