Garage -Adjacent to Street — The approved set of plans call for 2x12 HF#2 rafters <br />at 12" on center (oc). The rafters were placed at 24" oc. The bending moment, shear and <br />deflection of the rafters are all within code limits and are therefore, structurally <br />acceptable. <br />If there are any questions about this report or if I can be of any further assistance, please <br />feel free to call me at the above number between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday — Friday.
