CHANGE ORDER #

Project (Procurement) Number: Small Works Roster Project Title:
IFQ 2024-115 Kiwanis Park Electrical
Description of Change: (Attach contractor’s change proposal and cost schedule) (Attach Price or Cost Analysis)
BUILDING/LOCATION: 3600 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA 98201
This change order increases the total project price and extends the contract timeline by 93 days to allow for the
ordering and installing of a different light pole than what was originally called out in the solicitation.
The original light pole specified in the solicitation was motion-censored, with lighting decreasing if no motion was
detected. After the contract award, the neighborhood residents provided feedback to the city, stating that a
motion-censored light would be disruptive to the community and that they preferred a constant light source. The
project manager further consulted with the neighborhood residents and concluded that the new light pole should
match the existing light poles in the park. The new light pole’s lead time is about 14 weeks, requiring the city to
extend the contract timeline to accommodate the change.
The changes described above result in the following adjustment(s) in price and contract time (in calendar days).
* Total Project Price Prior to this Change,
including tax $31,796.27 Contract Time & Completion Date Prior
to This Change 90
Completion Date
Prior
03/29/25
* Net (Increase) or (Decrease) Resulting from
this Change, including tax +$10,678.98 Net (Increase) or (Decrease) Resulting
from this Change 93
* Total Project Price Including this Change,
including tax $42,475.25 Contract Time & Completion Date
Including This Change 183
Completion Date
After
06/30/25
By signing below, City of Everett and the Contractor agree that the Contract work shall be changed to the extent described in
the above “Description of Change” and that the compensation shown above represents complete compensation for all such
changes, including all direct and indirect costs and impacts. The City of Everett and the Contractor further agree that Contract
time shall be adjusted to the extent shown above. This Change Order only changes the contract between City of Everett and
the Contractor to the extent explicitly provided in this Change Order.
