Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />• Develop and implement marketing strategies to showcase Everett as a business-friendly <br />community and highlight its economic opportunities. <br />• Create and distribute content featuring business updates, resources, and success <br />stories. <br />• Coordinate and support businesses in organizing ribbon-cutting ceremonies, including <br />the City as needed. <br />4 Advocacy <br />• Engage in policy that directly affects Everett Business <br /> <br />5. Technical Assistance for Businesses <br />• Provide local businesses and entrepreneurs with access to resources, support for <br />funding and grant opportunities, and business planning assistance. <br />• Launch an on-line digital resources center with tools and bilingual access. <br /> <br />6. Reporting and Monitoring <br />• Submit quarterly performance updates to the City that include: <br />o Number of businesses engaged. <br />o Event attendance and outcomes. <br />o Marketing reach and impact metrics. <br />o Success stories or testimonials. <br />• Provide a year-end summary of achievements, outcomes, and lessons learned. <br />6. Council Briefings <br />• Provide an annual briefing to chamber about Chamber activities. <br /> <br />Contract Deliverables: <br />The Chamber will deliver: <br />1. An annual work plan within 30 days of the effective date of this Agreement or such later <br />date as allowed by the City Project Manager. The annual work plan becomes part of this <br />Scope of Work. <br />2. Quarterly performance updates summarizing activities and progress. <br />3. A final report at the end of the contract period detailing outcomes and <br />recommendations for future initiatives. <br />Limitations
