This Early Council Package is an outcome of that meeting, providing a partial package of key materials for the council to review and consider prior to publication of a complete public draft in late March. Various draft components of the update have been made available along the way and posted to the Document Library section of everettwa.gov/2044. COMPONENTS OF E VERETT 2044 State law requires a periodic update to local comprehensive plans and development regulations every ten years – we’re calling this periodic update Everett 2044.
