Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br /> information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br /> MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br /> The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br /> to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br /> This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br /> significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br /> Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br /> Provide description of existing site conditions: <br /> The project site is located within the West side of the 427 Acre - Boeing facility in Everett, <br /> Washington, East of Boeing Perimeter Rd where the BNSF tracks terminate on site. The <br /> project consists of improvements to the southern portion of Boeing 40-55 Building and <br /> Describe existing structures (location,type): <br /> An existing trench drain is located adjacent to the Southeast door leading to the Rail <br /> Yard. The trench drain extends the entire width of the doorway and connects to the <br /> 1 existing catch basin to the North. It is our understanding that the existing catch basin <br /> rnllortc rirninnne from the evictinn french rirnin twin eviefinn frock rlrnine in the frnrkc <br /> Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep,%): <br /> The existing site consists of 100% impervious surface. The existing contours range from <br /> 541 to 538, draining from East to West. The slope is relatively flat in the Rail Yard area, <br /> ranging from 1.5% to 2.6%. <br /> Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br /> The existing impervious surface in the Rail Yard is concrete pavement. Runoff sheet <br /> flows from East to West and is conveyed by the existing trench drain and catch basin <br /> near Building 40-55.
