Scope of Work and Site Plan. Please clarify your scope of work for this project. 3 site plans are in the file and <br /> they all have different information; I believe 2 of them may be from a prior permit (131805-018) for a proposed <br /> garage though I don't see that that permit was ever Finaled.The scope of work indicated on your building <br /> permit application/plans appears different than the scope of work described on any of the site plans. If the <br /> scope of work at this time is strictly for the proposed SFR remodel and addition then the site plan needs to be <br /> revised accordingly to clearly identify and reflect all existing and proposed conditions for this permit. Please <br /> refer to the residential site plan checklist for complete requirements and clarify/update the site plan <br /> accordingly. A minimum of 2 copies of any revised plans/documents should be submitted in accordance with the <br /> submittal checklist(s). <br /> The residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the minimum residential site plan <br /> checklist and building height handout.The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available via the "website &online <br /> resources" link in my signature. If you have any Planning related questions, please contact me directly via email. <br /> Please note,the City is currently underway with "rethink zoning" efforts which would see some changes to the current <br /> zoning and development code requirements. It is anticipated that these new standards will be decided upon by City <br /> Council on November 4th. You can visit that link for the draft proposals,timeline, maps, and contact information should <br /> you have any questions regarding that process and how it may affect this property. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
