This results in a net traffic mitigation#ee of $923 (a reduction of$3189 from the previous fee calculation) Please note that:this means that if/when your.business expands into that additional space for retail sales that additional traffic mitigation fees will be due as apart of any tenant improvements made to'the area. I don't know if this updated traffic mitigation fee amount.Will affect your interest in deferring payment by committing to install a bike rack along your frontage. if you.are.still interested En pursuing that,option l.can confirm that there is.a location along your project frontage that would be an.appropriate place fora bike rack and the City cop.allowthat option :.I am not sure exactly what sort of formal commitment would be required to use this optlon.(it'.sactually never come up in my 15 years with the City) but if you do want to pursue it the City will look into that further.
