I don't know if this updated traffic mitigation fee amount will affect your interest in deferring payment by committing to install a bike rack along your frontage. If you are still interested in pursuing that option I can confirm that there is a location along your project frontage that would be an appropriate place for a bike rack and the City can allow that option. I am not sure exactly what sort of formal commitment would be required to use this option (it's actually never come up in my 15 years with the City) but if you do want to pursue it the City will look into that further.
