The kitchen ventilation required per ASHRAE standard 62.1 and table 403 of the IMC is; .70 cfm (cubic <br /> feet per minute) per square ft. of floor space. <br /> We will only require this for the soup/sandwich kitchen in your establishment. I believe it works out to <br /> 372 cfm.
