The walls align and there3fore, the added (3) 2x10's are not reuired. In addition, the <br /> basement closet header supporting the new Kitchen ridge beam should be a 412 with (3) <br /> trimmers on each side. The trimmers are shown on the Foundation Plan, but it appears that <br /> the 412 callout for the closet header on the Main Floor Framing Plan was inadvertently <br /> omitted.
