Please describe how this will be accomplished (other than the <br /> opening of doors which is not an approved method). <br /> • The space has the appearance of creating an additional dwelling unit. Please identify if this is the intent. If one is <br /> desired,the barriers/rules have relaxed in recent years to make them easier to create. <br /> At this time, an email response is sufficient.
