I am the planner assigned to the land use review of this application. <br /> Before proceeding with our review, Planning requires the following comments and correction items to be addressed: <br /> • Site Plan. A site plan detailing the location of the building and project site in relation to the existing parcel <br /> boundaries is required. One can be created utilizing our aerial maps on Map Everett. <br /> • Existing Screening and Fencing. Site obscuring fencing or other appropriate screening/landscaping is required <br /> for outdoor storage areas. Please include a photo or description of existing fencing and landscaping at project <br /> site. If any additional screening is proposed, please indicate location and materials on the site plan. See EMC <br /> 19.39.050 for more information. <br /> • Tank Capacity. Please indicate the proposed number of tanks and combined storage capacity to be stored at <br /> the site location. <br /> Please note that the above comments do not constitute a thorough plan check review.These comments are only related <br /> to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from Planning or other departmental reviewers. <br /> Re-submittal instructions can be accessed here. Please submit, at minimum,two copies of any revised <br /> documents/plans. This application is on hold for further Planning review until the requested revisions have been <br /> received.
