General Notes <br /> 1. This proposal is valid for Fourteen (14) days. <br /> 2. Attachment"A" - General Conditions,is an integral part of this proposal. <br /> 3. This proposal is based on the following conditions: <br /> a. JRC will obtain all permits,if necessary. <br /> b. Standard work hours are Monday through Sunday from lam till 7pm. <br /> c. Any existing gutters and downspouts will remain in service,unless otherwise stated <br /> above.JRC will clean only the gutters of any roofing debris upon completion. <br /> d. Possible water entry associated with existing duct work,drain/drain systems, <br /> mechanical equipment,or surfaces above base flashings are not addressed. <br /> e. JRC is not responsible for loss of use of HVAC equipment or repairs to HVAC <br /> equipment.JRC will not be responsible for any rewiring of any HVAC equipment. <br /> JRC will not be held responsible for any invoices due to repairing or restarting any <br /> HVAC equipment. JRC will install new sleepers underneath all HVAC equipment <br /> as needed. It is highly recommended to have a HVAC contractor work with our <br /> company to coordinate and schedule any disconnection of equipment that may be <br /> needed to ensure as little interruption in HVAC service as possible. JRC is not <br /> responsible for disconnection or reconnection of any other roof top mechanical or <br /> electrical equipment. <br /> f. JRC is not responsible for moving and reinstalling satellite dishes to accept any <br /> signals lost during the roof work, nor any re-installation or recertification of <br /> lightning protection. <br /> ❖ Please note that this proposal g. JRC is not responsible for covering any interior contents of the building, or any <br /> does not include the following, exterior contents outside the building,such as vehicles, swimming pools,etc. JRC <br /> unless specifically stated: is not responsible for insulation or radiant barrier falling from the ceilings or from <br /> 1 Additional work not listed the roof inside the facility. <br /> within this proposal. h.
