(b) In the event that cargo or related gear, equipment, and materials <br /> (collectively, "Cargo Gear") stored within the Easement Area hinders the City's access for <br /> emergency maintenance, Grantor shall make all reasonable efforts to clear the work zone as <br /> soon as reasonably possible, and typically within forty-eight(48) hours after receipt of notice <br /> from City. In the event that water service is disconnected while Cargo Gear is moved, Grantor <br /> shall provide any required firewatch. <br /> (c) Grantor shall be solely liable for the costs of any repairs to any of the <br /> Water Lines or improvements located within the Easement Area to the extent necessitated by <br /> the actions of the Grantor and/or the Grantor Parties. <br /> (d) Prior to any construction, work, or other activity that requires excavation <br /> or that may otherwise affect the Water Lines (collectively,the "Grantor Work")which Grantor <br /> proposes to undertake within the Easement Area, Grantor shall provide to the City plans and <br /> specifications detailing the Grantor Work. The City shall review such plans and specifications <br /> and provide comments to Grantor with regard to modifications to be made to the Grantor <br /> Work to avoid interference with the Water Lines or City's improvements; provided, however, <br /> that any such comments made by the City shall be for informational purposes only and shall not <br /> be deemed to be a warranty by the City for any purposes whatsoever. Further, this City review <br /> of the Grantor's plans and specifications shall not be deemed to impose any duty or obligation <br /> on the City to determine the adequacy or sufficiency of Grantor's plans and specifications nor <br /> whether the Grantor Work is in conformance with other applicable plans, codes and <br /> regulations. Review by the City to Grantor Work shall not in any manner be considered as <br /> imposing any obligation, duty or liability upon the City as to the safety or propriety of such <br /> Grantor Work. <br /> (e) Prior to any repair, reconstruction, maintenance, or any other activity <br /> (collectively,the "City Work")which the City proposes to undertake within the Easement Area, <br /> the City shall beforehand coordinate access with Grantor (except in the case of emergencies <br /> -3 - <br />
