The scope of services included course <br /> of construction review in accordance with the Washington State Condominium Act, RCW 64.34 <br /> and RCW 64.55. <br /> Morrison Hershfield hereby confirms that we have undertaken course of construction <br /> observations as required under the Washington State Condominium Act for the construction of <br /> this project on behalf of the HOA for the rehabilitation of the above mentioned property. Based <br /> on our periodic field observations, the building enclosure was constructed in general <br /> conformance with the building enclosure documents, including all amendments thereto, <br /> prepared by the Morrison Hershfield Corporation and accepted by the City of Everett. <br /> As of this date, the project is completed and there are no outstanding action items arising out of <br /> our field observations during construction. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> Morrison Her h• nil.
