The scope of services included course of construction review in accordance with the Washington State Condominium Act, RCW 64.34 and RCW 64.55. Morrison Hershfield hereby confirms that we have undertaken course of construction observations as required under the Washington State Condominium Act for the construction of this project on behalf of the HOA for the rehabilitation of the above mentioned property. Based on our periodic field observations, the building enclosure was constructed in general conformance with the building enclosure documents, including all amendments thereto, prepared by the Morrison Hershfield Corporation and accepted by the City of Everett.
