The scope of services included <br /> course of construction review in accordance with the Washington State Condominium Act, RCW <br /> 64.34 and RCW 64.55. <br /> - Morrison Hershfield hereby confirms that we have undertaken course of construction <br /> observations as required under the Washington State Condominium Act for the construction of <br /> this project on behalf of the HOA for the rehabilitation of the above mentioned property.
