The scope of services included course <br /> of construction review in accordance with the Washington State Condominium Act, RCW 64.34 <br /> and RCW 64.55. <br /> Morrison Hershfield hereby confirms that we have undertaken course of construction <br /> observations as required under the Washington State Condominium Act for the construction of <br /> this project on behalf of the HOA for the rehabilitation of the above mentioned property.
