Y . j • ORDINANCE No. An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 10th Street from Grand to Broadway, of Broadway from 10th Street to 12th Street, of Lombard from 10th street to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Wetmore from 13th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Colby from 12th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition and of Rucker from 10th Street to 12th Street by the laying of water mains, laterals, and installation of hydrants and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with resolution No 2665 of the city of Everett, creating an assessment district , creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor, providing that p_yment for said improvement be made by a special assessment on the prop- ert in said district by the mode of payment by bonds. Whereas, by resolution No. 2665 of the city of Everett , the city council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of 10th Street from Grand to Broadway, of Broadway from 10th Street to 12th Street , of Lombard from 10th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Wetmore from 13th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of, Colby from 12th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition and of Rucker from 10th Street to 12th Street by the laying of water mains, laterals, and the installation of hydrants and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement , in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared bv the city engineer. NOW TEEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That 10th Street from Grand to Broadway, that Broadway from 10th Street to 12th Street, that Lombard from 10th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition, that Wetmore from
