Hewitt Avenue to the south line of Lot 14 , Block 698 , Swalwell's First -Addition to Everett be improved by the construction of concrete sidewalk and gutter, also that the alley from Chestnut Street to the center Id of the alley between Chestnut Street and State Street be improved by the construction of concrete pavement and in_stt;llation of necessary drainage and doing all ether work necessary to make a complete improvement , according to the plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and asseaed against the property inci ded in the Assessment District herein created in accordance with law. The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement. section 3: There is hereby established a Local Improvement District to be called Local Improvement District No. 347 which district shall include the following described property: " Lots 6 to 14 Inclusive, Block 698, ✓walweli, s First Addition to Everett." Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be tiled Local Improvement District Fund No 347 _® which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed , levied and collected on the several lots and parcels of land in said local improvement district , and the proceeds of the sale off the bonds of the said district for the purpose of defraying thecost and expenses of such improvement. Out of said fund shall be paid bondjs, the interest thereon and the entire cost of such improve- ment.
