All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br /> 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications for Development'. <br /> 3. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally <br /> request all required inspections.A handout is provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br /> 6. Any damage to City improvements (sidewalk, curb, roadway, etc.)shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the <br /> City PW Inspector. <br /> 7.City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense.This work to <br /> be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department.Work <br /> shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. <br /> 8.As-builts of storm,sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and <br /> Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 9.On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior <br /> to issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to <br /> final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 10. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City <br /> prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 11.A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be submitted to the <br /> City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 12. Prior to any interruption to the public right-of-way(roadways, parking lanes,or sidewalks)a Traffic Street Use permit shall be <br /> obtained from the City's Traffic Engineering Division.This permit can be applied for online at pw.everettwa.gov and requires a traffic <br /> control plan to be submitted for the area of requested closure. Please allow 1-2 weeks for TSU permit issuance from the date of <br /> application. <br /> 13.This permit is for phase 3 which was submitted before phase 2. Prior to alteration of parking lots for phase 3,the applicant shall <br /> submit and receive approval and start work on the parking lot relocation for phase 2. <br /> 14.
