CITY OF EVERETT <br /> EVERETT Permit Services <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Kelli Smith I Dykeman,425-259-3161 <br /> FROM: Thad Newport I City of Everett Engineering/Permit Services,TNewport@everettwa.gov <br /> DATE: 03/09/2021 <br /> SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br /> PROPOSAL: Site Work for Expansion of Bus Maintenance Bdlg—Pavement Upgrades and Storm Drainage <br /> LOCATION: 7100 Hardeson RD <br /> PERMIT#: PW2101-007 <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following revisions should be made and/or the following conditions <br /> must be met: <br /> Please see the compiled list of comments and redlines below to revise your plans accordingly, prior to resubmitting to Permit Services. Please respond to <br /> comments in the table's response column provided. Redlines are provided in a separate document. If you have any questions regarding the <br /> comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works reviewer, Thad Newport, at TNewport@everettwa.gov. <br /> Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a <br /> separate comment letter from the Planning Reviewer for comments related to this construction permit, or from the Building Reviewer for architectural, <br /> structural, or other types of drawings. <br /> Electronic Resubmittal: Please send a downloadable link containing the following documents to TNewport@everettwa.gov upon resubmittal of these <br /> permit application documents: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Services Lobby or online here: Transmittal sheet (PDF)for your use upon resubmittal. <br /> ii. Plans: Revised Civil Plans- latest civil design responding to these comments plus land use conditions. <br /> iii. SWPPP: Revised SWPPP report&coverage letter from DOE once you have it. <br /> iv. Drainage Report: Revised Drainage Report <br /> v. Easement Form: (1)copy of easement form for water easement with legal description and exhibit attached for review.Signing of this form <br /> must be notarized. Typically submitted just before permit issuance. This will be a signed, unrecorded document, of which we will keep a <br /> copy and issue the original with the permits for the owner to record prior to construction final. <br /> vi. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works <br /> Permit Fee. <br /> The permit counter is temporarily closed; however, the upstairs lobby is set up for a drop-box system of hard copy plans for resubmittal. Please review <br /> the City's Permitting Procedures During Temporary Office Closure policy(PDF).The lobby hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am—3:00pm. <br />
