The Permittee shall provide adequate notice to adjoining property owners when this work will inhibit the use <br /> of driveways along the work corridor. <br /> 8. In the event the Permittee fails to comply with any of the conditions set forth in this Permit, the City is <br /> authorized to immediately terminate this Permit by providing Permittee written notice of such termination <br /> at Permittee's address set forth herein. Further, the City may terminate this permit at any time without <br /> cause by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the Permittee at Permittee's address set forth herein. <br /> Notwithstanding any termination,the Permittee will not be relieved of any liability to the City. <br /> 9. Additional Conditions: See Exhibit A for'Annual Blanket Utility Permit Activities Categorized' <br /> 10. It is the responsibility of the Permittee to communicate the requirements and details of this Annual Blanket <br /> Utility Permit with Permittee's contractors and subcontractors.
