It’s a solution with easy <br />enrollment, less paperwork and hassle-free claims. <br />A health savings account, paired with an HSA-qualified health <br />plan, allows you and your employees to make pre-tax <br />contributions to a federally-insured account that can be used <br />to pay for qualified medical expenses. Contributions made by <br />you or your employees through payroll deductions result in <br />FICA and income tax savings. HSA balances earn tax-free <br />interest and roll over from year to year. It also means, simplified account <br />management, online tools, resources and education; plus the <br />dedicated service and support that distinguishes our offerings. <br />An LPFSA used in conjunction with a health savings account <br />(HSA) allows employees to contribute additional pre-tax dollars <br />to use for dental and / or vision expenses. This allows users to <br />maximize their pre-tax contributions to an HSA and contribute <br />additional pre-tax dollars to an LPFSA.
